You may request voluntary self-exclusion from jv88 Services at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, and jv88 will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new Accounts.
Upon Account termination, you must immediately cease using all Services. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to standard rules. Legitimate withdrawable Funds will be returned to you minus any amounts owed to jv88. Bonuses and pending promotions will be forfeited. jv88 may withhold Funds if we reasonably suspect fraud, breach of Terms, or illegal activity pending investigation.
